"Unjust Return Policy"
I recently bought some Tranquility DayTime Underwear. When they arrived, they weren't what I expected, and the sizing was off. I got two boxes to qualify for the free shipping deal on orders over $40. Then I found out that I couldn't send back the opened box, and I'd have to fork out $13 to return the other one. How can you check out a product without opening it? This return policy is just plain silly and unfair. Seriously, just go with Amazon.

I've been relying on Prevail briefs for a while now after my surgery. My caregiver really nails it when it comes to ensuring my supplies get here on time. They've been super easy to work with and offer a great variety of choices; they even sent me some samples to figure out what fits me best.

"Supportive and Quick"
These folks are awesome. My family member's requirements keep changing, especially with sizes, and they’re always there to guide me on current and potential automatic orders. I really appreciate this service and the individuals who provide it; I feel like they’re part of the crew helping me look after my family member with dementia.

Looking after someone with several health issues, like Parkinson's, can be tough. It's a real lifesaver to find a bunch of info online about different supplies for patients. For a few years now, I've been working with your company for my Mom, and I gotta say, the customer service folks have been fantastic. My Mom's getting older and has switched her preferences on briefs and shipping times a bunch of times. Still, the reps have been super helpful and have done everything they can to meet her needs. Big thanks to everyone who has put in the effort and made this such a great experience!

"Super Simple Experience"
Navigating the CareGiver Partnership website was super simple and helped me figure out what I needed. Providing samples is a fantastic way to try things out, right in the comfort of your own home, to see what suits you best. The only tweak I’d suggest is bumping up the samples from 2 of each to around 5 of each. Other than that, I’d totally recommend this company to folks!

"Convenience of Home Delivery Services"
Every month, I was on the hunt for pull-ups that would suit my growing child, usually grabbing everything available to last us through the month. Then I discovered Caregiver, and I could arrange for regular deliveries, which means I don’t even have to think about this purchase anymore. One time, I accidentally ordered double deliveries during a holiday, but I called and spoke to a real person who helped me cancel one of the orders and put my mind at ease.

"Exceeded My Expectations"
I purchase items for my folks. The Never Run Out feature has been a fantastic service. Absolutely love it! Setting up the billing to come to me while deliveries go to them was a breeze. It's not often, but sometimes I’ve reached out with questions, and everyone is super friendly, clear, and eager to assist. My overall experience with them has consistently been beyond what I anticipated.

"Amazing Experience!"
The partnership with the caregivers has truly been a game changer for my mom's care. The item I purchased has outshined all the others we've tried, and it costs way less than any other estimates I came across online. It gets shipped automatically based on what I think we need. Sometimes I've had to adjust that date because of my mom's changing requirements, and every time they've been right on it. Whether I'm chatting with them or communicating online, they are, hands down, the friendliest and most polite folks I've ever worked with!

"Fast Delivery, Still Need Time to Assess"
I received my order in no time, but I had just picked up a large supply of the item, so it'll take me a bit to really use it and figure out if the price stacks up against what I'd spend at KMart or Target. Getting the product delivered to my door is super handy, though. I would have liked it better if it arrived in a plain box, but that's a minor issue.

"Awesome Customer Support"
I've been using their stuff for more than a year now, and I gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. The folks are polite and super cheerful. They really assist you in figuring out what you want or need, and they’ll even send samples of nearly anything. They stick to their delivery promises. I only experienced one late delivery, and that was due to a winter storm. I definitely suggest you give them a shot.

"Overall, a solid experience."
I've always found your service to be quite good. Getting the product delivered right to my doorstep really saves me time. That said, my only issue is that it feels like it's becoming trickier to locate the right area to make my purchase. Once I manage to find it, everything runs smoothly. I reckon that returning customers who consistently order the same thing should be able to head straight to that page. Each time, there's just enough variation to take a bit more time. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing!

I truly value the chance to enroll in a program that lets CareGiver automatically dispatch my orders regularly. It takes the pressure off me to keep track of when I need to place my next order. Plus, I'm really liking the Prevail product. It has taken care of my unfortunate incontinence situation.
